I hope some part of this makes sense, I want to help, atm you sound like a backseat driver just letting things happen doing nothing but getting miserable sad and depressed (I know I've been there) the key is to recognise what you need to do to slowly avoid this cycle, I'm not telling you to stop feeling sad I can't, just start by trying to do something you enjoy, have Ben over ASAP he'll want to help, he doesn't mind. Then find other things you enjoy and do them, all u have to do is start pls :)
